Thank you for another great year!

As the year end draws near, the Housing Design Matters team wants to thank our clients, industry partners, friends, and colleagues for a great 2025. And thank you to all who have subscribed to our weekly blog – many of whom I have never met! It is so much fun to get comments from our readers!

What a wonderful year it has been. Starting in Winter with a great International Builder Show (IBS) in Las Vegas where I spoke with Deborah Blake with Epsom Group.

In spring we begin contributing articles to HousingWire’s The Builder’s Daily. Quite an honor to contribute content to such a robust new site. Thank you John McManus!

Summer was another speaking engagement – this time at the Southeastern Builder’s Conference in Orlando. There I spoke with Shana Peters with Zonda.

This fall we learned that we have won two Silver Medals in the Best in American Living Awards.

Congratulations to Mattamy Homes of Palm Beach and everyone involved. Since I once chaired this awards program, I know what a great honor it is to win and how difficult the competition can be.

Which brings up to Winter and the upcoming holiday. Housing Design Matters will be closed from December 25th through January 1st. This will also be our last blog of the year.

Cheers to a great 2025. Let’s make 2026 even better.
